About Registration

The registration fee is divided into two categories: student and non-student:

  • Non-student registration fee is RMB 1,200 on and before August 13 and RMB 1,500 after August 13 and on-site registration;
  • Student registration fee is RMB 800 for registration on and before August 13, and RMB 1,000 for on-site registration after August 13. Students must be full-time students at the time of registration and will be required to present their student ID cards for on-site registration;
  • Post-doctoral fellows, laboratory technicians, etc. are not included in the student category.


About the registration fee invoice

The conference can issue Beijing VAT ordinary/special invoice (electronic):

  • Each participant must fill in your instutional name, taxpayer identification number and e-mail address correctly. Please note that each invoice cannot be modified after it is issued;
  • Please keep your cell phone online and email address active for timely contact;
  • Registration fee invoices will be issued in the order of payment in the month of the conference and the following month and sent to your e-mail address.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend for any reason, please call 15010258570 for a full refund of your registration fee before the conference.


About Hotel Reservation

You are free to book any hotel at Huang Shan City after your succssfuly registation. If you are to book Huangshan Parkview International Hotel, where the conference is to hold:

  • Please make sure you register successfully before booking your hotel;
  • To book a room, please use WeChat to scan the QR code on the bottom. The hotel offers free cancelation if you cancel your booking 1 day before checkin.

注册须知

注册类型分为两类:学生与非学生类型:

  • 非学生报名费在 8 月 13 日及之前为人民币 1,200 元，8 月 13 日之后为人民币 1,500 元，现场报名费为人民币 1,500 元；
  • 8 月 13 日及之前的学生注册费为 800 元人民币，8 月 13 日之后以及现场注册的学生注册费为 1000 元人民币。按照学生价格注册的必须为全日制在校学生，会议现场签到时需出示学生证；
  • 博士后研究员、实验室技术人员等不包括在学生类别中。


发票开具规则

本次大会可开具北京增值税普通/专用发票（电子）:

  • 每位参与者必须正确填写机构名称、纳税人识别号和电子邮件地址。请注意，每张发票开出后不得修改;

  • 请保持开具发票时预留的手机号码及邮箱畅通，以便及时取得联系;
  • 注册费发票将按付款顺序在会议当月和次月开具，并发送至您的电子邮箱。


取消和退款规则

如果您因故不能参加会议，请在会前致电 15010258570 申请全额退还注册费。

注册成功后，您可以自由预订黄山市的任何一家酒店。如果您要预订会议举办地黄山栢景国际大酒店:


  • 请确保您在预订酒店前成功注册;
